remote repair service by MazPC
Now you can get computer Repair anywhere from a name you trust. The same great certified service at the same low price is now available to you whether you are in Mazatlan, or anywhere else in the world. All you need is an internet connection.

MazPC now has a single use Remote Support application to help its customers. Several customers have asked me in the past why I don't offer remote support. The answer is that I have security concerns about many of the remote support tools available. I will not use a program that grants me permanent access to your computer or allows me to start the connection. I have finally put together a support option that will be simple for customers to use, but that protects us both by requiring the customer to initiate the connection. When you use our support tool I am able to access your computer remotely only for that one session. Once either one of us closes the program the session is ended and I no longer have any access to your computer.

  1. To initiate a connection, call or email me to make sure that I know you are trying to connect because this will only work if I am expecting the connection. In Mazatlan you can reach me at 669-176-3564. From the US or Canada you can call our Vonage # 817-346-6432. Or you can always email me at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. Please visit http://mazpc.com/scr/MazPCRemote.exe which will download our support tool. You will be asked whether to save or run MazPCRemote.exe. Either one will work fine. The quickest will be to select "Run".
  3. Once you launch MazPCRemote.exe you will see this screen:
  4. To make a connection double-click on the words "Double-Click here for remote support." at the top left corner of the window.
  5. That is all you need to do. At this point I will be connected to your computer and able to help you with your problem. You will have a little icon in the system tray that shows that the connection is open.

Usually when we are finished I will close the connection from my end and you will see that the icon goes away. If you would like to close the connection you can right click on the icon and choose close, or simply reboot your computer.
