AnswerWho can submit a support request? Anyone living in Mazatlan. There is no membership or monthly fee required. All fees are charged on a per incident basis. MazPC charges an hourly rate of $200MXN for all work done. Back to topHow do I create an account? There is no need to create an account. We have tried to make the ticket process as easy as possible for our customers. When you create a ticket, you give us your email address. You are automatically sent a ticket reference number. That is all the information you need to track current and past tickets. Back to topHow do I submit a ticket? You can send an email to support@mazpc.com. Briefly describe your problem in the subject and give as much detail as you like in the email body. Your problem will automatically be entered into our system and you will be emailed a ticket number. I forgot to give you some information about my problem. How do I add it to my ticket? The easiest way to add information to your support request is to simply reply to the confirmation email you receive. Any additional information you provide will be added to your ticket. How do I view my ticket status? To view your ticket status, you can click on the link provided in your confirmation email, or visit www.mazpc.com/support and enter your email address and ticket number. Can I see my past tickets? You can see any and all tickets associated with your email address by visiting www.mazpc.com/support and entering your email address and any valid past ticket number.
